Shop with confidence- FREE Returns

Here at Curvy, we're not happy until you're happy. Shop with confidence knowing that if you purchase something and it's not right for you, we'll happily accept it back and you don't need to pay for return postage (for orders within Australia). We request that you keep the tags on the item until you've tried it on to be sure it fits. Taken the tags off already? Please get in touch as we're sure we can help. You can return for a refund or exchange. 

Did you know:

  1. We offer no time limit on returns - you can return an item at any time after purchase
  2. The are no processing or restocking fees for returns
  3. Returns are free (for Australian customers).
  4. If you want to exchange for another item, we will post the new item to you with FREE POSTAGE

 How to return or exchange (Customers within Australia):

  1. To take advantage of our Free Returns pleae email customercare@curvy.com.au and we will email you with instructions on how to return the parcel to us, free of charge by dropping it to a nearby ParcelPoint collection location. Please quote your order number. (Tip, you can reply to your order confirmation email as this will have all your order details in it). 
  2. If you would prefer to return it at your expense via mail, please send to:

    Please note, if you are returning via mail, this will be at your expense for postage. 
  3. Package your item up and print the label and attach. Please include a note indicating the reason for return and what you would like to exchange for or if you would prefer a refund. (Tip, you can use the existing packaging the item came in, simply reseal with tape and remove or cover any mailing labels)

 How to return or exchange (Customers outside Australia):

When and how will you receive your refund?

After we receive the returned product, we will refund your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note, your bank may take 3-5 working days to show this refund on your statement.
