Exchanges

We’ll cover the return postage cost for the items you’re returning, as well as the shipping costs for sending the exchanged items back to you. That’s our Love It Guarantee – we’ll do everything we can to get you the right fit!

Store Credit

If you’re unable to find the right replacement, we will gladly issue store credit for your returned items, and we’ll pay for the return postage.

Refunds

If you choose a refund, we’ll send you a prepaid returns postage label. The return postage cost of $9.50 will be deducted from your refund.

First order? We will happily cover the return postage cost!

Opting for an exchange or store credit? We’ll cover all return postage costs.

Important: If you’re returning an item for a refund, please note that the original postage costs (if any) are not refundable. However, for Australian customers choosing an exchange, we’ll cover the postage both ways – as many times as needed – until you get the garment you LOVE!

so when I received my bra I just put in the draw to wear when needed not thinking to try on as the other bras I’d bought were a good size
bought same size in strapless bra it was to tight everything was bulging out very disappointing and that I’d thrown out my receipt
