Exchanges
We’ll cover the return postage cost for the items you’re returning, as well as the shipping costs for sending the exchanged items back to you. That’s our Love It Guarantee – we’ll do everything we can to get you the right fit!
Store Credit
If you’re unable to find the right replacement, we will gladly issue store credit for your returned items, and we’ll pay for the return postage.
Refunds
If you choose a refund, we’ll send you a prepaid returns postage label. The return postage cost of $9.50 will be deducted from your refund.
First order? We will happily cover the return postage cost!
Opting for an exchange or store credit? We’ll cover all return postage costs.

For returns from New Zealand and other international countries (excluding the USA), our relaxed returns policy still applies. However, we are unable to offer free postage on exchanges. Yes! Free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $99. For orders less than $99, shipping is $8.99. We ship all our orders from our Sydney (Pymble) warehouse.
Do you have a store where I can try these on?
Yes, you can book a fitting appointment here for our Sydney location. If you’re not coming to Sydney any time soon, you can also try-on the items at home, and if you don’t love them, take advantage of our Free Exchanges and Easy returns.
