As the temperature drops and the layers go on, I have found myself more and more inclined to reach for the slippers and subtly tuck the joggers under the bed.

OUR TOP 5 TIPS:
1- Work out with a friend. I have found it so much easier getting out of bed for a workout if I know I have a friend waiting for me. You can push each other and enjoy yourselves at the same time!
2- Invest in a new exercise outfit. Whether it's a new sports bra or yoga leggings, I always feel excited about working out if I can show off my latest purchase!
3- Mix it up. Finding new ways to work out is crucial! So you don't get bored with the same routine, try a new class or different path to run your dog. I love checking out the local bush walks on the weekend!
4- Treat yourself. Make a goal and then reward yourself! It can be as small as 'If I run an extra 10 minutes this week will treat myself to a manicure.'
5- Have fun. Find what works for you. when do you feel your best? what are your strengths and weaknesses? Everyone is different, experiment and find what you enjoy the most so working out no longer becomes a task, but a hobby!
