I got the wrong band size but it is a really good bra

great bra good rounded shape no projection comfortable on my nipples they are very very sensitive due to gynecomastia

Team were very friendly but I felt that I wasn’t being listened to when I would say the bra I was fitting was too big for me and the one size down they were insistent would be good, still landed up being too big; which I was 100% sure would still be too big. Turns out that they can’t get the further one size down so I’m now stuck with a much smaller size. Each time I get a different size, I have to wait almost three weeks for it - so this is not a process for someone needing a suitable bra in a hurry. Patience is required ☺️
