Comfortable but an odd shape

At first I was really impressed with the quality of the bra and the materials used. It’s comfortable to wear and easy to adjust. Unfortunately it gave my breasts an odd shape, it made them sit pointing outwards more and I no longer had any cleavage. It could just be that this is a style I’m not used to, but unfortunately it’s not for me and I’m looking to exchange it for a different style.
