Is there any obligation to buy?

Not at all. We want you to feel completely at ease and enjoy a relaxed try-on experience without any pressure to make a purchase.

The day/time I'd like is not available, is there anything you can do?

Please check our booking calendar for a few weeks ahead. If none of these times fit with your life and commitments, we'd love to see if we can accomodate you.

How much does this service cost?

Enjoy our sessions absolutely free of charge. It’s our pleasure to assist you in finding the perfect pieces without any cost.

Can I bring a friend?

Of course! We'd love to meet your friend, your partner, or your mum. You're welcome to bring one friend along. If you have more than one friend who wants to join, please book another session so we have no more than two per session.

Can I cancel or reschedule my session?

You certainly can. If possible, please provide 24-48 hours notice.

What if my bra doesn’t fit? Can I return or exchange it?

Absolutely! We offer easy returns and free exchanges within Australia — try it on at home, and if it’s not perfect, send it back hassle-free.

For returns from New Zealand and other international countries (excluding the USA), our relaxed returns policy still applies. However, we are unable to offer free postage on exchanges. Is shipping free in Australia? Where do you dispatch from?

Yes! Free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $99. For orders less than $99, shipping is $9.50. We ship all our orders from our Sydney (Pymble) warehouse.

Do you have a store where I can try these on?

Yes, you can book a fitting appointment here for our Sydney location. If you’re not coming to Sydney any time soon, you can also try-on the items at home, and if you don’t love them, take advantage of our Free Exchanges and Easy returns.
