When exchanging, we even cover the return postage (for orders within Australia). We request that you keep the tags on the item until you've tried it on to be sure it fits. Taken the tags off already? Please get in touch as we're sure we can help. You can return for a refund or exchange.

4. Please understand that we can not accept returns on Final Sale items, Briefs/Knickers, or Swimwear without hygiene sticker - unless faulty.

When and how will you receive your refund?

After we receive the returned product, we will refund your original payment method within 1 business day of receiving the returned item. Please note, your bank may take 3-5 working days to show this refund on your statement. 

*Please note, when returning something for a refund the original postage you paid, if any, will not be refunded. However for Australian customers that choose an exchange we will pay for the postage both ways, as many times as you need, until you get the garment you LOVE!
