How much does delivery cost?

• FREE delivery on orders over $99
• $8.99 For Regular Shipping
• $10.99 For Express Delivery within Australia or New Zealand
• $19.99 AUD for International delivery to 181 countries worldwide
• Please note, orders over NZ$270 being delivered to New Zeland from Australia may be subject to the import GST and Customs duties in New Zealand. Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• All UK orders over ₤15 will attract UK VAT which needs to be paid by the purchaser to Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs before the goods will be delivered.
• Please note, deliveries to other international countries may attract local import duties and/or taxes at the destination. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

How long will delivery take?

We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. For orders placed before 3 pm Sydney time (Monday to Friday):

• Express: Next Business Day to: Sydney Metro and NSW Country
• Express: Next Business Day to metropolitan areas within Australian capital cities
• Express :Next Business Day to other large cities in Australia including Cairns, Geelong, Alice Springs, Surfers Paradise
• Express 2-7 Business Days to country Australian locations and New Zealand
• Regular: 2-5 Business Day to: Sydney Metro and NSW Country
• Regular: 2-5 Business Day to metropolitan areas within Australian capital cities
• Regular :3-8 Business Day to other large cities in Australia including Cairns, Geelong, Alice Springs, Surfers Paradise
• 5-21 Business Days to 181 Countries worldwide

Here at Curvy, we're not happy until you're happy. Shop with confidence knowing that if you purchase something and it's not right for you, we'll happily accept it back. When exchanging, we even cover the return postage (for orders within Australia). We request that you keep the tags on the item until you've tried it on to be sure it fits. Taken the tags off already? Please get in touch as we're sure we can help. You can return for a refund or exchange.

1. We offer 100 days on returns
2. Exchanges are free postage both ways (for Australian customers).
3. Purchased the wrong size or the fit isn't right? Book a Virtual Fitting with one of our experienced Bra Fitters to assist you with exchanging for the right size.
4. Please understand that we can not accept returns on Final Sale items, Briefs/Knickers, or Swimwear without hygiene sticker - unless faulty.

When and how will you receive your refund?

After we receive the returned product, we will refund your original payment method within 1 business day of receiving the returned item. Please note, your bank may take 3-5 working days to show this refund on your statement. 

*Please note, when returning something for a refund the original postage you paid, if any, will not be refunded. However for Australian customers that choose an exchange we will pay for the postage both ways, as many times as you need, until you get the garment you LOVE!
