I followed the sizing guide and ordered an 18F. Received that bra and the cup was huge, had to go down 2 sizes. Returned the bar and exchanged it for an 18DD. I got professionally fitted a few days before the replacement bra arrived and am a 16G. The 18DD sports bra is so tight across the back I can't get the bra close to done up without putting it on backwards and spinning it around. I would recommend going up a back size and down 2 cup sizes from what the fitting guide recommends for this bra. Hopefully the back stretches out soon and i can put it on normally.
