Exchanges
We’ll cover the return postage cost for the items you’re returning, as well as the shipping costs for sending the exchanged items back to you. That’s our Love It Guarantee – we’ll do everything we can to get you the right fit!
Store Credit
If you’re unable to find the right replacement, we will gladly issue store credit for your returned items, and we’ll pay for the return postage.
Refunds
If you choose a refund, we’ll send you a prepaid returns postage label. The return postage cost of $9.50 will be deducted from your refund.
First order? We will happily cover the return postage cost!
Opting for an exchange or store credit? We’ll cover all return postage costs.

Returns from New Zealand and Other Countries (excluding USA)
Our relaxed returns policy still applies; however, we are unable to offer free postage on exchanges. We recommend that you return your items to us with tracking as we are unable to process the return without the products.
The recommendation was to go down a cup size from my usual cup size for this particular bra, and this was good advice. The fit is great, very comfortable and supportive especially considering the fact that there’s no under wire. On the down side, the bra does make my boobs look a bit pointy, but overall I would still recommend this bra.
