Exchanges

Store Credit
If you’re unable to find the right replacement, we will gladly issue store credit for your returned items, and we’ll pay for the return postage.
Refunds
If you choose a refund, we’ll send you a prepaid returns postage label. The return postage cost of $9.50 will be deducted from your refund.

Yes! Free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $99. For orders less than $99, shipping is $8.99. We ship all our orders from our Sydney (Pymble) warehouse.
